"I've been a resident of Faith Landing since 2010. The community was pretty new back then, and I was delighted by my cheery, 2-bedroom apartment with its full-sized washer and dryer, nice roomy closets, and bonus storage space off of the patio. Thirteen years on, I am still happy with it all. In my time here, I've seen changes. The complex itself has been enlarged considerably; lots of neighbors have come and gone; new ones have moved in. A few years back a somewhat less-than-stellar management company came in and as a resident, I found that interacting with them proved to be both frustrating and demoralizing. That was not a happy situation. But now things are definitely looking up. 2023 has brought good things BACK to Faith Landing with new management, Neighborhoods by Gini. Since the quality of life in any apartment community does depend to a great extent upon the integrity, energy, positivity, and responsiveness of its management team, I would say that Faith Landing is once again in very good hands. I'm seeing improvements around the property already. Happier days ahead. I would recommend Faith Landing to anyone looking for an apartment home in the Treasure Valley."
